The mini sand pump is also called simple horizontal sand pump, it is mainly designed for sucking the small size sand or slurry. The mini sand pump can use the high speed rotation impeller to form the huge suction ability and to achieve the high efficient dredging sand. The mini sand pump is widely applied for lake, river, sea, sedimentation tank and mining pit dredging etc. Currently the mini sand pump equipped with the simple sand dredger is our main exporting sand pump machine, it can also customized with the detailed working condition.

Domestic customer from Hunan province purchased the 6 inch mini sand pump last December for river dredging, the water depth is 8-10 m with some smaller tree branches, the discharge distance was  150-200m.

This river sand pump is easy operation and better non-blockage performance with double flanges and it is easy connection with the discharge pipe.

When the mini sand pump arrived at the working condition, we helped the customer through video and weichat for installation and commission. The operators  from customer side were familiar with the operation way like how to fill the water, how to fill in the machine oil and exhaust the air et  .And then customer made the delivery test to achieve the discharge request. The sand output was 45-60m3/h. After 6 months working, the customer found the pump volute and impeller with Little wear out. From our customer feedback, the sand is very sharp and the the pump volute and impeller belongs to the normal easy wear parts. But it will not effect the normal use. The customer is satisfied with the performance of the mini sand pump .
