First, cast iron material

For these reasons we usually regard ductile iron as cast steel’s alternative.There are also corrosion-resistant cast iron – high silicon cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron – white cast iron, and high toughness cast iron – malleable cast iron. Because they are hard to process, few products use it.

Second, cast steel material

Third, stainless steel material
The most used stainless steel is the austenitic stainless steel. Such as 0Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti and so on. In addition to hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid and other small number of media, the austenitic stainless steel is an excellent corrosion-resistant materials. Fifth, non-metallic materials
Pumping sand pump sealing usually mainly uses non-metallic materials. Such as PTFE, fluorine rubber and so on. Among them, PTFE is suitable for almost all chemical media in 250 ℃. Because it has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. It is suitable for almost all chemical media in 250 ℃. The disadvantages are high hardness and difficult assembly.
